Sword Art Online Progressive Movie Sequel Tickets On Sale

Tickets are now on sale for Sword Art Online The Movie Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night, which will be released in the US on February 3rd (English dub/subs).


Crunchyroll, in partnership with Aniplex of America, has announced that tickets are now on sale for its long-awaited sequel, the sci-fi action adventure. Sword Art Online Movie – Progressive – Scherzo of Deep Night in North America. The film, which will be released in theaters on February 3, will be presented both in English dubbing and with subtitles. There are tickets and additional movie information Fandango.

Sword Art Online Movie -Progressive – Scherzo of Deep Night is the highly anticipated sequel to the popular sci-fi adventure film Sword Art Online – Progressive – Starless Night Aria (2021). The sequel follows protagonist Asuna as she continues her journey through a virtual reality death game where “Game Over” means death in the real world and will feature the never-before-seen 5th floor of Aincrad.

Sword Art Online (published by Dengeki Bunko) is a best-selling light novel series Reki Kawahara, winner of the 15th Dengeki Bunko Novel Grand Prize. The story follows Kirito and his exploits as a player in Sword Art Online, a next-generation VRMMORPG (virtual reality massively multiplayer online role-playing game). The light novel series, Volume One, became a huge hit after it was first published in April 2009, with worldwide sales exceeding 30 million copies by 2022. The first season of the anime adaptation aired in 2012 and four more seasons have aired to date. A theatrical film in 2017, Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale, was released. The T franchise has also spawned a number of games, manga, toys, and merchandise. Sword Art Online Progressive Penned by Kawahara himself, it’s a reboot of the light novel series that takes a deeper look into where it all began on the ground floor of Aincrad. In 2021, an all-new animated film adaptation based on the cartoon was introduced Progressive light novels. The first film in the series, which rebooted the Aincrad arc seen from Asuna’s perspective, debuted at No. 1 at the weekend box office in Japan and became a long-running hit, staying in theaters nationwide for 10 weeks.
