The company released its latest report on the state of mobile and landline networks in the country on Tuesday.
Results are based on data from Speed testa website that allows users to test their internet connection, created by Ookla.
The fastest operator is selected based on the download and upload speeds of each provider.
Ookla compares user-run tests performed using Speedtest on landline and mobile connections.
